Dr. Emma Poff graduated with Honors from Nova Southeastern University in May 2020 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (D.P.T.), while concurrently becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Prior to physical therapy school, Emma earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with specialization in Exercise Science from Indiana University in 2017.
Emma was raised in Southern Indiana and has always had a passion for health, fitness, and wellness. Recently, her main focus in exercise has been weightlifting, although she enjoys all forms of movement and is a former group fitness instructor specializing HIIT, kickboxing, and other high-intensity styles of exercise. These experiences, combined with a drive to help those through the healthcare industry led to Emma pursuing a career in Physical Therapy.
Dr. Poff is committed to making a personalized plan for all of her patients to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and promote lifestyles of health and wellness.
